Our aim is to provide you with simple and quick way of buying tickets online.Anyone that buys tickets via platinumlist.ae therefore accepts the below agreement.
In this agreement:
Platinum Media Events is referred to as Platinumlist.
Person that purchases the ticket on www.platinumlist.ae is referred to as customer.
Event organizer is referred to as a promoter.
1. Refund Policy
Platinumlist.ae sells tickets on behalf of promoters who are responsible for the event organization and management. Platinumlist takes an understanding approach to refunds and acts as an escrow between the customer and event organizer, below rules are applied to all ticket purchases unless stated otherwise on the ticket.
Customer can apply for a refund in below scenarios:
1. Customer not able to attend the event. Max 4 tickets per user per month. Must apply 72 hours before the event starts.
2. Event cancellation.
3. Event date change. (not time)
In all other circumstances once customer has collected the paper ticket from Platinumlist it will be Promoter’s duty to refund the ticket if an issue arises. Promoters refund policy will apply in this case. Platinumlist therefore will not be held liable to refund the tickets.
All refunds will be made minus 5% transaction fee which is charged by the processing bank.
To gain a refund on tickets for a cancelled or rescheduled event please contact us via support section please make sure to give us your transaction number, ticket numbers , email address , full name and telephone number.
2. Entry policy
It is your responsibility to be of a correct age required for the event. Platinumlist.ae cannot be held liable and will not refund the ticket if the entry to the event is declined by the promoter for any reason including dress code, age restriction, dangerous or disruptive behavior. Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Venue. The promoter reserves the right to conduct security searches to ensure the safety at the event.
It is the customers responsibility to attend the event at the correct time. Non-attended events will not be refunded by Platinumlist. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed. The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. The Promoter, Venue Management and Platinumlist accept no responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen, or injury incurred at the event.
4. Ticket collection
Once the ticket is purchased online, Platinumlist digitally issues an Electronic ticket number sent to you via mail (and sms for UAE users) also can be printed from “my calendar” section at any time. Electronic ticket can be exchanged for a paper ticket at the venue on the day of the event which grants the entry (also sometimes few days prior the event from Platinumlist offices). Collection booths are usually situated at the event near the entrance.
In order for Platinumlist to identify the customer it requires 2 of the below items to collect the ticket.
1) Printed Electronic ticket number
2) One of the below listed Identification Documents
a) Valid UAE or International driving license or
b) Emirates national ID or
c) Valid Passport or Passport copy
d) UAE Free Zone ID
e) UAE Labor card
5. Platinumlist will not be held liable for any issues, damages physical injuries arising from the event to which customer bought tickets to.
