Wireless DJing20 Aug 2012
Pioneer have once again upped the ante in the DJing stakes and have created the world's first ever wireless DJ console.
Not only do you not have to wire up the elements to get the usual high-quality Pioneer sound out to your party, you can also engage up to 4 different wireless devices and download music straight to your set up. The multi-purpose unit can act as a standalone mixer, or as a MIDI or HID controller, while it also comes with Pioneer's Rekkordbox software, allowing you to categorise and choose your music far easier. DJs can switch between the XDJ-AERO’s mobile and USB inputs at the touch of a button. And the DJ system boasts all of their favourite features, including sample banks, Sound Colour Filters and rekordbox quantized beat sync. It all sounds like a James Zabiela wet dream to be honest, but come September this will be unleashed to the paying public as Pioneer steps up the game once more. |
