Faraj Abyad: Andalusian Love Story in Abu Dhabi<\/b><\/a><\/h3>\n

Experience classical and contemporary Andalusian poetry performed by Faraj Abyad. The love story, which has been composed by Faraj Abyad and arranged by Layth Sidig, is inspired by love letters exchanged between Ibn Zaydun and Wallada Bint Al Mustakfi.<\/span><\/p>\n

The performance takes inspiration from and intertwines Latin, modern Khaleeji, classic Egyptian, and Syrian Muwashshah styles to create a beautiful new sound connected to Arabic Turath and tradition.<\/span><\/p>\n

Starting with Esther Manito, the Arab Essex girl back by popular demand, and followed by Julian Dane, known by the Guardian for her \u201cDeliciously twisted, a stream of seriously good gags, quick, sharply written and endlessly repeatable lines.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
