Cheesefarm<\/strong>, the Kazakhstan-born concept by Novikov Group, is opening its first UAE location on the rooftop of Nakheel Mall<\/strong>. This hybrid spot functions as both a boutique cheese store and a full-service restaurant<\/strong>, bringing with it a focus on quality, comfort, and craftsmanship.<\/p>\n

The menu is led by Chef Matteo Boschetto, whose Italian roots and passion for seasonal produce help shape the concept. Each dish starts with Cheesefarm\u2019s own handmade cheeses, crafted daily on-site<\/strong>. The restaurant\u2019s open kitchen<\/strong> lets diners watch this process in action \u2014 stretching, shaping, and preparing cheese from scratch.<\/p>\n
