There\u2019s a fresh chapter ahead for one of Dubai\u2019s most recognisable old landmarks. The former Dubai Zoo site in Jumeirah 1 is being transformed into a low-rise residential and lifestyle destination<\/strong>, with construction expected to begin soon.<\/p>\n

The new project, led by developer Shamal, will feature 90 residential units<\/strong> and aims to blend heritage with modern aesthetics<\/strong>. Clean architectural lines and natural materials will define the look and feel of the community, with the residences entering Dubai\u2019s residential leasing market.<\/p>\n
