If you\u2019re a regular on Dubai\u2019s Red Line, don\u2019t be surprised when Jebel Ali Metro Station suddenly looks a little different \u2014 it\u2019s getting a new name. Starting July 2025, Jebel Ali Metro Station will officially become National Paints Metro Station<\/strong>, following a 10-year naming rights agreement announced by Dubai\u2019s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).<\/p>\n

Located in the heart of the Jebel Ali Free Zone, the station serves one of Dubai\u2019s busiest and fastest-developing industrial districts. The rebranding reflects the RTA\u2019s ongoing partnerships with local companies to rename stations across the network.<\/p>\n

The transition won\u2019t happen overnight. From July through the end of October 2025, RTA teams will begin updating signs both inside and outside the metro system<\/strong>. Changes will also roll out across smart apps, onboard announcements, and transport maps, ensuring riders stay informed and oriented.<\/p>\n

Commuters relying on Metro for daily travel or weekend exploration should keep an eye out for the new name \u2014 it will soon appear everywhere<\/strong> from ticket kiosks to app notifications.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the first time Dubai Metro stations on Red Line have seen name changes\u00a0in 2025.
