Designed to empower officials <strong>to report cleanliness violations in real-time<\/strong>, the app promises to enhance public cleanliness and promote community participation in keeping the city pristine.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">What Is Eltizam?<\/h3>\n<p>Eltizam is a new app introduced by Dubai Municipality to allow selected officials to report cleanliness violations instantly. The app\u2019s ability to streamline reporting and enforcement will make sure violations are addressed swiftly.<\/p>\n<p>By introducing technology like Eltizam, Dubai is demonstrating its commitment to the environment and its image as a global leader in cleanliness. In January 2025, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/platinumlist.net\/guide\/dubai-named-cleanest-city-in-the-world-for-fifth-year-running\">Dubai was named the world\u2019s cleanest city<\/a> for the 5th time in a row<\/strong>.
