Flights normally departing from Terminal 3 from Dubai have been cancelled since Saturday, August 16.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Get alternative travel arrangements with Air Canada<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Passengers with tickets purchased on or before August 17 for travel between August 15-20 can <strong>rearrange flights for free<\/strong>.
