Dubai never runs out of big ideas, and the latest project proves it once again. The city is set to welcome the world\u2019s first Olympic-branded residences<\/strong>, with completion targeted for 2031. The project arrives through a partnership with Olympic gold medal swimmer Tom Dean<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set in Dubai Sports City, the residences carry the name Hadley Heights 2<\/strong> and are being delivered by LEOS Developments. It\u2019s the first branded residential concept created alongside an Olympic champion<\/strong>. The design ethos takes cues from an athlete\u2019s day-to-day, placing health and wellbeing at the core of the lifestyle on offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
