Abu Dhabi is about to get a new restaurant that\u2019s sure to catch the attention of food lovers. Falwa, created by celebrated chef Faisal Alharmoodi<\/strong>, will bring a fresh take on Emirati cuisine<\/strong>. Though the exact location is still a secret, it\u2019s expected to open in a prime spot in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The name “Falwa,” meaning \u201clittle horse\u201d in Arabic<\/strong>, reflects the strength, grace, and cultural pride Chef Faisal wants to showcase in both the food and the design of the restaurant. His goal is to reinvent classic Emirati dishes for today\u2019s diners<\/strong>, using seasonal ingredients and modern techniques<\/strong> while staying true to the roots of the cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the full menu hasn\u2019t been revealed yet, you can expect familiar flavors reimagined in new ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
