This recognition highlights the UAE\u2019s growing influence in sustainable development and its strong infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The GCRI evaluates <strong>how cities are preparing to face environmental, economic, and social challenges<\/strong>, with a focus on their ability to recover and thrive. It assesses cities in 5 categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>governance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sustainable finance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>social capital<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>global integration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dubai\u2019s ranking reflects its role as a global leader in innovation and adaptability.
