Revealed just this weekend: <strong>Shahrukhz by Danube<\/strong>, a <strong>55-storey tower coming to Sheikh Zayed Road<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shahrukhz will feature office spaces with a helipad on the 56th floor. Located just 5 minutes from Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Internet City Metro Station and only 8 minutes from Mall of the Emirates, it\u2019s right in the middle of the action.
