Abu Dhabi has plenty of places to dine, but blue<\/a> at Mamsha Beach on Saadiyat Island<\/strong> is a new spot that\u2019s hard to ignore. It’ll start welcoming guests since February 10 (books are already open!), and when coming to blue, expect casual fine dining, focusing on seasonal ingredients and a menu inspired by Nordic preservation techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The restaurant’s name draws inspiration from the rich cobalt blue found in Royal Copenhagen ceramics, known for holding its vibrant color even after intense kiln heat. Vintage plates from the brand are used to serve your meal<\/strong>, bringing both a sense of history and an elegant touch to the dining experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
