The platform is introducing <strong>age verification<\/strong> that will affect both new sign-ups and existing accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From March, Discord will automatically apply age-appropriate safety settings to all accounts. This means <strong>sensitive content will be blurred unless you verify that you\u2019re an adult<\/strong>. It&#8217;s clear that Discord is just one part of a bigger movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a government level, countries all around the world are introducing their own measures to better protect minors online.
