Dubai is getting closer to making air taxis part of everyday life, and you\u2019ll be able to book your rides straight from your phone<\/strong>. The new service is called Uber Air<\/strong>, and it\u2019s being launched in partnership with Joby Aviation and Dubai\u2019s Roads and Transport Authority. However, you won\u2019t need another app cluttering your phone because everything will live inside the app you already use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s how it will work. You open the app like you normally would, type your destination, and if the route makes sense by air, Uber Air pops up as an option. Choose it, confirm, and the system pieces the whole journey together for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, all that\u2019s left is to enjoy the ride. With wraparound windows and open views of the skyline<\/strong>, this might easily become the most unforgettable taxi ride you\u2019ve ever taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
