You can stay active without stepping into the sun and finish before the day gets busy. The club holds <strong>morning walks at the mall every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday<\/strong>, and anyone can join for free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each <strong>session starts at 8 AM<\/strong> with a guided warm-up. After, the group moves through the mall, when everything feels quiet and open enough to walk without interruptions.
