The popular platform<strong> <\/strong>has started introducing new <strong>Teen Account settings<\/strong> in the UAE, with stricter content limits turned on by default. All eligible accounts should have it within the next few months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Users under 18 will be automatically placed into a more restricted setup<\/strong>, and they can\u2019t switch it off without a parent\u2019s approval. Even if a teen tries different spellings, content with restricted topics won\u2019t appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AI responses and suggestions follow the same rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instagram also introduces a stricter setting called &#8216;Limited Content&#8217;. If you\u2019re a parent, check your teen\u2019s account settings. The <strong>update may already be active<\/strong>, and once it\u2019s live, you\u2019ll be the one approving any changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other apps from Meta are moving in the same direction.
