Solo property owners no longer need to meet a minimum value to qualify for the residency visa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, you needed to own a property worth at least AED 750,000 to qualify. Now, as long as it\u2019s registered with the Dubai Land Department, you become eligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UAE residency opens many doors, including access to additional <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/platinumlist.net\/guide\/visa-on-arrival-and-visa-free-countries-destinations-for-uae-residents\/\">visa-on-arrival and visa-free countries (regardless of nationality)<\/a><\/strong>.
