Planning a trip to South America? You\u2019ll have two new options from Doha starting this summer. Qatar Airways confirmed new flights to Bogot\u00e1 and Caracas starting July 22<\/strong>. These routes add direct connections from the Middle East to Colombia and Venezuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qatar Airways first entered South America in 2010 with S\u00e3o Paulo (Brazil) and has steadily grown its presence in the region since then. Adding Bogot\u00e1 and Caracas to the network brings the airline\u2019s total number of destinations in the Americas to 16<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline becomes the first Gulf carrier flying to Venezuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
