بيل بايلي

Bill Bailey is an English actor, singer, musician and comedian. 

Dubbed by The Observer as one of the 50 funniest acts in British comedy in 2003, Bailey is known for his role as Manny in the sitcom Black Books, as well as his stand-up comedy work.

Bailey has been voted the 7th greatest stand-up comic on Channel 4's The Greatest Stand-ups in 2007 and 2010. 

He is noted for incorporating music into his performances.
