Jake Zyrus

Jake Zyrus, once known as Charice, is a Filipino acclaimed pop singer dubbed as "The Most Talented Singer in the World" by Oprah Winfrey. 

In 2005, Zyrus has won the third place award at the Filipino talent show "Little Big Stars". After 2 years, an avid fan of Zyrus posted a series of his performances on YouTube. These videos made over 15 million hits which then made Zyrus an internet sensation. 

Zyrus was then invited by Ellen de Generes and he performed hit songs "I Will Always Love You" and "And I Am Telling You". Following this were several international television appearances such as London's The Paul O'Grady Show and The Oprah Winfrey Show in the US. 

In 2010, Zyrus released his first international studio album "Charice" under American record label Reprise Records, with "Pyramid" featuring RnB singer Iyaz, as the most successful single which debuted at The Oprah Winfrey show, ranking 8th at the Billboard 200.
