British folk rock band Mumford and Sons are one of the most recognizable groups in the charts now. Formed in 2007, the bands short history has seen them release three full studio albums, headline shows around the world and earn numerous awards, including two Grammy Awards, 4 Billboard Music Awards and the 2013 Juno Award for International Album of the Year.
Mumford and Sons burst onto the scene in 2009 with their debut album ‘Sigh No More’, which climbed charts around the world, peaking at Number 2 in the UK and USA and included the singles ‘Little Lion Man’ and ‘The Cave’. The band followed up with chart-topping ‘I Will Wait’, the lead single for multi-Platinum Number 1 album ‘Babel’, a feat that they managed again in 2015 with ‘Wilder Mind’.
The band have toured the world, forming part of line-ups for festivals such as Glastonbury, Bonnaroo and the Reading & Leeds Festival. They have also been regular guests on late night shows including Saturday Night Live, the Late Show with David Letterman and BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge.
