One of the true talents of Bollywood is singer Aman Trikha who has won the hearts of millions with his voice. Born in Mumbai in 1986 the singer won numerous awards and feature on many films.
From a young age he began to play the keyboard and self-taught himself much of what he knows, before pursuing an education and career in engineering and electronics where he finally made the leap to singing.
As a singer he gained guidance from Ustad Maqbool Hussain Khan of Rampur-Sahaswan Gharana, one of the key places from which people understand and begin to perfect Hindustani classical music.
As a film singer he has featured on a number of Bollywood blockbusters including Dishoom, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Jai Jawaan Jai Kisaan and The Shaukeens as and many more.
His voice has also lead him to receive critical acclaim on the award circuit winning Man of The Series Award in 2012 for his appearance on Sur Kshetra. In 2013 he was nominated for Best Upcoming Musical Sensation Male Award in the Stardust Awards before winning the 19th Lions Club Gold Award for Best Emerging Singer.
Outside of film and studio he has also lent his voice to a number of political parties and elections, most notably Narendra Modi’s victory song in the 2014 elections called Achhe Din Aane Waale Hain.
