Her father worked in the decoration industry and her mother was a housewife. From a young age, Sherine discovered her talent and used to sing at weddings. At the age of 18, she met the famous director and music producer, Nasr, Mahrous, who believed in her talent and decide to introduce her to the Egyptian audience through an album titled "Free Mix," which showcased her unique vocal style and powerful performances, leading to a rapid rise in popularity in Egypt and across the Middle East.
Sherine Abdelwahab's songs have earned her a dedicated fan base across the Middle East throughout the years. She released several successful albums, including "Garh Tany" (2003), "Lazem A'eesh" (2005), and "Habeat" (2009), earning her multiple awards for her contributions to Arabic music.
