Nawal El Kuwaitia is a singer, songwriter and an actress, popular in Kuwait and Arab countries. The singer is also known as Shaikhat Al Tarab (The Queen of Classic Music) and Qaitharat Al Khaleej (Symphony of Khaleeji Song). Nawal Al Kuwaitia songs are performed in a classical genre. The musician received MTV Europe Music Award for the best live performance.
The singer got musical education after school. Nawal began her musical career in 1983. Her first album called Nawal was released in 1984. During her career the singer has introduced 17 more albums.
