Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and identifying potential customers through proactive cold calling and outreach efforts.
- Manage incoming sales inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Strategically research and target potential leads through various B2B marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Provide hands-on support to the sales team by coordinating appointments, following up on leads, and assisting with sales proposals and presentations.
- Oversee data entry and management within the company's CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to efficiently transition leads with high sales potential.

Requirements:
● Experience in sales management with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Experience in account management and achieving sales targets.
● Proficiency in B2B marketing campaigns, cold calling, and lead generation techniques.
● Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
● Experience utilizing CRM software and MS Office suite.
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
