As event organizers across the GCC and beyond continue to raise the bar, Platinumlist is evolving right alongside you.
What began as a local ticketing solution has grown into a global ecosystem. Today, we operate in over 18 countries, powering everything from mega concerts and cultural tours to business summits, family attractions, and immersive experiences. And with each new partner, format, and market, it became clear: Our brand needed to grow, too.
“The decision to rebrand the platform was driven by several factors, including the company’s expansion across the globe,” said Cosmin Ivan, CEO at Platinumlist. “This growth presented challenges, as the previous brand identity no longer fully reflected the global and diverse nature of the company’s offerings. The prior design was fragmented across different products, which sometimes made brand recognition more challenging for users and B2B partners.”
This is more than a rebrand. It’s an introduction to a new start.
More Than a Visual Refresh

“The redesign wasn’t just a technical or visual effort. It was deeply cultural too.”
This transformation goes beyond aesthetics. It reflects our intent, how we see ourselves, and how we express that vision to our clients, our users, and to the world.
We didn’t simply change logos or introduce new colors. We asked harder questions:
What do our organizers need to succeed?
What kind of platform do we want to be, and what kind of experiences do we want to create?
The result? A more personal, expressive, and emotionally intelligent brand. One that reflects the true value of going out, and the powerful role organizers like you play in shaping those experiences.
A Portal, Not Just a Platform
At the heart of our new identity is the concept of a portal, a symbol of transformation and possibility, created in partnership with Design Studio Kidults. It represents that powerful moment when the ordinary shifts into something unforgettable.
Whether someone is attending a high-energy concert, a networking event, or their child’s first museum visit, that journey starts with a decision to go. Platinumlist is now designed to make that decision feel intuitive, inspiring, and full of possibility.
The refreshed visual identity introduces a bold, cleaner interface, with intuitive UX patterns, and a flexible design built to support discovery, emotion, and action.
For event organizers, that means your events are no longer just listings, they’re stories waiting to be lived. And our platform is here to spotlight them.

Where Design Meets Emotion, Culture and Clarity
One of the most important lessons we’ve learned in this process is that design doesn’t follow the product, it shapes it.
This rebrand was powered by real feedback, constant testing, and a shift toward more research-driven development. We tested everything from micro-interactions to major flows, ensuring that the updated experience makes sense for users and converts for organizers.
A key part of the redesign was making it inclusive, not just visually, but culturally. We collaborated with UAE and Saudi based designers to develop a custom Arabic typographic system and adapted logo that aligns beautifully with the latin version. The result is a flexible, regionally relevant design that feels at home across languages, platforms and audiences.
This is also why we’ve redesigned event cards to allow for richer visuals and video, because choosing what to attend isn’t a checklist. It’s a feeling. And our goal is to help your audience connect with that feeling before they even tap Book Now.
Platinumlist’s new brand is bold, vibrant and human, designed for people who are searching for more than just something to do. It’s for those who want experiences that shape identity, spark connection, and create memories. From Dubai to London, Platinumlist is no longer just where tickets are sold, it’s where the moment begins.

Why This Matters for You
If you’re an organizer, here’s what the new Platinumlist means for you:
- Deeper Emotional Engagement: We’ve built a system that lets your events connect on a human level, not just through ticket sales, but through stories, visuals, and anticipation.
- Increased Visibility: Your events stand out with dynamic content, bold layouts, and formats designed for discovery, across mobile, desktop, and socials.
- Modern Design that Moves with the Industry: With features like dark mode, refined UX, and adaptive visuals, we’ve created a platform that aligns with how modern users browse, buy, and share, especially in live environments like concerts and exhibitions.

And that’s just one side of the experience! While the refreshed look of our consumer platform might catch the spotlight first, we’re also redesigning the organizer experience itself, because the people behind the scenes deserve just as much clarity and flexibility.
Coming soon, you’ll see:
- New organizer-facing pages, designed to reflect your brand and priorities.
- Updated dashboards, tools and support assets that match the same modern energy and innovation of your events.
- A refreshed library of banners, visuals, and sales templates that make marketing faster, easier, and more impactful.
The goal? A more consistent, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent experience, not just for your audience, but for YOU, the creators and organizers behind every unforgettable event.

This Is Just the Beginning
The rebrand isn’t a finish line, it’s a starting point for everything ahead.
We’re building a future-ready platform designed to evolve alongside the region’s ever-growing events scene. That means improving every layer, from search and checkout to partner tools and content modules, to make each interaction, from setup to post-event insights, smarter and impactful.
Because as we grow across markets, we know a truly modern platform doesn’t just scale, it has to speak the local language, visually and culturally.
This Next chapter is about more than a new look, it’s about growing with the people who make it all matter. When platforms feel more human, connections deepen, and partnerships thrive. And we’re just getting started!
