Dubai is set to welcome a towering new addition to its skyline — and it’s a name that’s hard to miss. Officially announced on April 29, the Trump International Hotel and Tower Dubai will rise 80 storeys high along Sheikh Zayed Road, making it one of the city’s boldest new landmarks.
Developed in partnership with Dar Global, the mega project will feature a blend of luxury hotel suites and residences, with sweeping views across Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf. Slated to soar up to 350 metres, this sleek new skyscraper will stand next to the Shangri-La Hotel, right by Financial Centre Metro Station.

Inspired by the iconic Trump Tower penthouse on New York’s 5th Avenue, the Dubai edition promises high-end living and exclusive amenities. Plans include private lounges, a members-only club, and two crown-jewel penthouses with their own sky pools. Residents will also have access to a stunning shared pool.
An official opening date for the Trump International Hotel and Tower Dubai has yet to be announced. Speaking about the development, Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, emphasised the project’s ambition to combine luxury, innovation, and global appeal. This marks another major step for the Trump brand in the GCC, where Dar Global is also working on developments in Saudi Arabia and Oman.
