The integration brings three new convenient services under the marhaba umbrella, transforming the way passengers arrive and depart from DXB.
Check-In Anywhere
Travellers can now check in from their home, hotel, or office. A trained agent will handle the process, issue your boarding pass, and collect your bags to deliver them securely to the airport. No queueing at the terminal.
Land and Leave
This service allows arriving passengers to completely skip the baggage claim area. Your luggage will be delivered to your home or hotel within a few hours of landing — ideal for those eager to head straight out or rest.
Baggage Storage and Delivery
For early arrivals, transit passengers, or those with late hotel check-ins, marhaba now offers baggage storage and secure same-day delivery anywhere in the UAE. Flexible short-term and long-term options are available.

A recent IATA survey found that 70% of travellers would prefer to check in luggage in advance to avoid queues. marhaba and DUBZ seem to be delivering exactly what today’s passengers want. In 2024 alone, DUBZ services were used by more than 70,000 passengers, a 15% increase compared to 2023.
dnata CEO Steve Allen previously announced that these services would eventually extend to Dubai’s upcoming new passenger terminal, expected to open around 2032. The future promises even more automation and biometric tech to create a seamless airport experience — without the paperwork or the queues.
