Sharjah’s sweetest summer tradition is back. The fourth edition of the Mango Festival will take place from June 27 to June 29 at Expo Khor Fakkan, offering visitors the opportunity to experience the full flavour of the season’s most anticipated fruit — the mango.

A highlight on the city’s cultural calendar, the festival celebrates not just the fruit itself but the agricultural heritage of the region. Showcasing a variety of mangoes freshly harvested from local farms, the event is a platform for growers to display their produce, share knowledge, and connect with both residents and fellow farmers.

Held under the supervision of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the festival reinforces the emirate’s commitment to supporting local agriculture. During a recent coordination meeting chaired by Khalil Al Mansouri, Director of Government Relations at the Chamber, organisers discussed plans to ensure wide participation from farmers and smooth operations throughout the three-day event.

The Mango Festival is a tribute to Sharjah’s farming community, spotlighting the quality and variety of produce grown across the region. For visitors, it’s a chance to explore an array of mango types, meet local cultivators, and enjoy a weekend full of colour, aroma, and flavour.

Whether you’re a fruit lover or simply curious about the UAE’s rich farming culture, the Mango Festival is a summer experience not to miss.
