Known for drawing long lines and fully booked tables, bkry has made a name for itself in Dubai over the past year with its artisanal pastries and inventive menu in Alserkal Avenue. Now, the bakery is taking its concept one step further with a seasonal pop-up that officially opens on July 11 at 4 PM, and will run throughout the summer.

The pop-up is located on the 7th floor of the Museum of the Future, one of Dubai’s most recognisable landmarks. This temporary location is not only a chance to enjoy bkry’s signature food, but also to explore a concept focused on the future of food and agricultural innovation — a theme that aligns closely with the bakery’s experimental roots.

Visitors can expect the full community-favourite menu, including pastries, sourdough breads, all-day breakfast, salads, mains, desserts, and signature drinks.

In addition to the usual offerings, the pop-up will feature exclusive new items such as milk chocolate spreads made from Tanzanian, Ecuadorian, and Haitian cocoa, and bon bons in different flavours: lemon caramel, roasted sesame, spiced tea, and croissant white chocolate.

There’s no reservation or entry fee required, so guests can drop in and experience the full menu any time during museum hours this summer.

Whether you’re revisiting a favourite or discovering it for the first time, bkry’s summer residency at the Museum of the Future offers something new to taste.
