The experience at Fuloong begins with a soothing, in-house-brewed tea. Each of the 8 courses is named to reflect its essence, creating a connection between the dish and its inspiration. Over the evening, guests will try ‘The Fire of Transformation’ (smoky barbeque eel), ‘The Reward of Mastery’ (Wagyu), and ‘The Emperor’s Final Delight’ (dessert), among others.
Fuloong offers three seatings each evening at 6 PM, 8 PM, and 10 PM. It’s a reservation-only experience.
