Zuma is back in the UAE for a limited-time pop-up at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert. Starting December 5, you can experience the brand’s signature dishes while enjoying breathtaking desert views. This pop-up is a unique opportunity to indulge in some of the finest modern Japanese cuisine, all served in a stunning, tranquil desert setting.
Zuma is a renowned Japanese izakaya-style restaurant with locations across the world. You can find it in the cities like London, Istanbul, Miami, New York, and Dubai. Known for its contemporary twist on traditional Japanese cuisine, it offers a sophisticated and immersive dining experience wherever it’s found.
The pop-up menu at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert features a range of delicious options, combining seasonal specialties with Zuma’s best-loved classics. Among the tempting dishes, you’ll find:
- Salmon Aburi Nigiri with mentaiko sauce and a hint of lemon
- Sliced Seared Tuna with chili daikon and ponzu sauce
- Black Angus Rib-eye with black pepper and soy sauce
For those looking to indulge in something extra special, Zuma also offers Daikoku Tasting Menu, available only for the entire table (with a minimum of two guests).
The restaurant features an open kitchen, a sushi counter, and a robata grill, making the dining experience even more exciting and interactive. As you savor your meal, you’ll get a front-row view of the chefs in action, crafting your dishes right before your eyes.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Lunch is served on weekends only from 12 PM to 5 PM. If coming for dinner, Zuma will welcome you daily:
- Monday-Thursday and Sunday: 6 PM to 12 AM
- Friday-Saturday: 6 PM to 1 AM
