Dubai is known for its innovative projects that never fail to grab attention, and there’s a new one on the horizon. Imagine walking through the Margham desert surrounded by massive art installations, all leading you to Clio House, a circular structure at the center. When you finally reach it, you’ll be able to take in the panoramic views from the top level, catching a glimpse of the entire desert and the route you just walked through.
Clio House will offer panoramic views of the desert and the artwork trails, with a promenade perfect for taking in the vast scenery. You’ll also find a café, library, and restaurant, giving you a place to relax and enjoy some quiet time.
This 10-kilometre immersive experience is described as a path to self-reflection and unity, with a message that no matter which route you take, we all reach the same destination.
Construction begins this spring, with the grand opening planned for March 2027. This project by Agron Hoti promises to be one of the most unique art experiences in the world.
And if Clio House has you intrigued, Dubai has even more in store! Check out DUMA, the 5-level floating museum designed by Tadao Ando, coming soon to the city!
