There’s a new residential project coming to Dubai that feels more like a small town built within the city. Sobha Sanctuary is set to be one of the most expansive communities Dubai has seen in years, with over 20,000 homes (apartments and villas) planned.
The community will be located not far from The Sevens Stadium. The first handovers are expected in 2029.
The main concept of Sobha Sanctuary is to create a place where everything residents need is close by. In the center of the community will be a large park, surrounded by sports facilities like football fields, running tracks, padel courts, and a skate park. There will also be a community mall and wellness center.
Sobha Sanctuary is all about combining green spaces and active living, with nature woven into every part of the development. The project will feature:
- A 9 km wellness loop stretching around the perimeter
- Four green corridors running through the development
- A 6 km leisure loop connecting the entire area
And with over 50,000 trees planned, the area will stay cool and offer better air quality.
