What’s Inside Riyadh Zoo

You’ll move through different themed areas, each with its own animals and experiences:

  • Go to Almalaz Bay where you can see the owl house and kangaroo yard
  • Head to Ape Escape to admire chimpanzees, orangutans, lemurs, and other primates
  • Step into Enchanted Forest for giraffe feeding, llamas, bears, and gazelles
  • Stop by Pink Lake to take photos of flamingos, parrots, and songbirds
  • Visit The Swamp for bengal and white tigers, crocodile tunnel, and a reptile house with over 60 species
  • Enjoy Wild Adventure among lions, elephants, and hippos

Plan to spend a few hours here: the different zones give you plenty to explore.

If you’re in the mood to explore more in the city, don’t miss this free event in Riyadh: Traditional Arts Festival that is open until April 8, where you can learn more about Saudi heritage through workshops and poetry readings.
