Blinov, a renowned chef with a portfolio of acclaimed restaurant projects in St. Petersburg, infuses DUO Gastrobar with his signature style — a fusion of creativity and authenticity. His business partner, Aleksandr Voznesenskii, brings expertise in designing cultural and commercial spaces, including the celebrated Sevkabel Port in St. Petersburg, a hub that hosts hundreds of events annually.
