Good news for Green Day fans! If you’re heading to Expo City for the big concert on Monday, January 27, you won’t have to rush to catch the last train. The Dubai Metro is extending its operating hours for this special event.

The final train from Expo 2020 Station will leave at 12:05 AM (five minutes past midnight) on Tuesday, January 28. Typically, the last train departs at 10:41 PM, so this extension gives fans extra time to enjoy the show and get home without a hitch after having time of their lives.

Around 30,000 fans are expected to fill the specially-built, open-air venue at Expo City. Green Day, performing in the Middle East for the very first time, promises an unforgettable night packed with hits like American Idiot, Holiday, and Basket Case.

Green Day, formed in 1986 in California, is one of the world’s best-selling bands, with over 75 million records sold and 10 billion streams globally. They’ve also earned multiple awards, including five Grammys and numerous MTV and Billboard honors.

The last tickets are still available, starting from AED 445 on PlatinumList.

Alongside Green Day, legendary rock band The Offspring will also take the stage. Known for hits like Pretty Fly (For a White Guy), Why Don’t You Get a Job?, and Original Prankster, The Offspring adds even more excitement to the evening.

The concert is organized by All Things Live Middle East, in collaboration with Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), to ensure a smooth experience for fans traveling to and from the event.
