Expo City will light up on 27th January 2025 when Green Day takes the spotlight for their first-ever show in the Middle East, joined by none other than The Offspring!

- Doors Open: 5:00 p.m.
- Show Starts: 7:00 p.m.

How to Get There and Where to Park
By Metro
The Dubai Metro Red Line is the fastest and most eco-friendly way to get to the show, stopping directly at EXPO2020 Metro Station.
For a seamless journey back home, RTA Dubai Metro services have been extended, with the last metro leaving at 12:05 a.m. from the EXPO 2020 Metro Station.

By Taxi
Taxi will be available at the Sustainability Gate or the Expo 2020 Metro Station. Due to road closures, there is no pickup and drop-off outside the venue.
Self-Parking
You can also self-park at the venue. Complimentary on-site parking is available for all ticket holders.
Important Information
- Age Restrictions:
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). A valid photo ID is required for age verification. It’s worth noting that loud music and flashing lights may not be suitable for babies or very young children.
- People of Determination (POD):
- A dedicated POD platform is situated within the Regular Standing section. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. For more details, contact the Platinumlist hotline at +971-4-4573212.
- Can’t Find Your Confirmation Email?
- Double-check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, feel free to call us at +971-4-4573212 for assistance.
- Dress for the Outdoors:
- This is an open-air concert, so dress comfortably and be prepared for the weather. Bring a jacket or layer up, as it may get cooler in the evening.
- Food, Drinks & Payments:
- No outside food or drinks are permitted, but don’t worry! A wide selection of food and beverages will be available on-site.
- This is a cashless event, so remember to carry a debit/credit card or use contactless payment options.
- Prohibited Items & Re-entry Policy:
- No re-entry: Once you enter, you won’t be allowed to leave and come back.
- Banned items include:
- Professional cameras and recording devices
- Weapons or sharp objects
- Bags larger than 15cm x 20cm
- Outside food or drinks
How to Access Your SafeTicket QR Code Tickets
This event uses QR code tickets that are available only on the Platinumlist app. These tickets refresh every few seconds, and cannot be used as a screenshot, so make sure that you have the app downloaded to your phone.
SafeTicket QR codes will be accessible 48 hours before doors open.
Here’s how you can retrieve your tickets.
Download the App
- Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone or Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Search for “Platinumlist” and download the app.
Sign In
- Open the app and log in using your email address.
- If you have already purchased a ticket, make sure to sign in with the same credentials you used to purchase your tickets.
Locate Your Tickets
- After signing in, tap on the “My Tickets” section to locate your order.
- Tap your order to view your tickets. At entry, show your phone to get scanned, and you’re in!
Ticket Transfer
If you are not able to make it, you can send a request for a ticket transfer to Platinumlist with the details. The request will be assessed by the team 24 hours before the show and changes will be made after final confirmation.
