Dubai is preparing to add yet another striking structure to its skyline — this time in the form of one of the world’s thinnest residential towers. Set to rise along the Dubai Water Canal, the project, called Muraba Veil, will be a 74-floor tower with a width of just 22.5 metres (73 feet) — essentially, one apartment wide.
The building will include around 131 residential units, offering a mix of 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom apartments. Developed by Muraba in partnership with Spanish architecture company RCR Arquitectes, the project is designed to blend contemporary architecture with elements rooted in Arabian traditions.

If you want to know how elite the new residential tower will be, the approximate price of a unit starts from AED 18 million.
Key Details of Muraba Veil Tower in Dubai
- Height of the tower: 380 metres (1,247 feet)
- Floors: 74 above ground + 5 basement levels

Muraba Veil is focused on privacy, nature, and indoor-outdoor harmony. The Mashrabiya-style mesh exterior is a standout feature — designed not only for aesthetics, but also for sustainable living.

The movable stainless steel mesh façade enables residents to control visibility and ventilation, helping reduce reliance on artificial air conditioning.
The new tower will also feature:
- Elevated garden villas with lush terraces
- Subterranean wellness spa
- Private cinema
- Residents-only restaurant
- Green inner courtyards with shaded seating and pools
Muraba Veil is not just another addition to Dubai’s portfolio of tall buildings; it’s part of an ongoing push toward architecture that reflects local culture, prioritises privacy, and integrates nature into urban living.
