Located just outside the entrance to the luxury beach club, the restaurant will be serving up fresh, coastal-inspired meals for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday.
As its name suggests, Maison Mer, or “House of the Sea,” captures the essence of seaside living. With breezy views and a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, the setting transports you straight to the sunny shores of the French Riviera.
The menu is a love letter to the timeless flavors of the Riviera, with ingredients like anchovies, goat’s cheese, artichokes, garlic, and figs making regular appearances. One standout dish is Linguini aux Tomates cerise et Poisson Frais du Jour, a homemade pasta coated in a silky tomato coulis and topped with the freshest catch of the day.
Another highlight is Parmigiana de Courgette, a delightful stack of zucchini, casalinga tomato sauce, smoked scamorza, parmesan, and crispy zucchini chips. There’s also warm Fougasse bread with anchovy butter and indulgent desserts like Pain Perdu, scented with lavender and Provençal honey.
The bar perfectly complements the theme with a cocktail menu inspired by the South of France. Whether you’re sipping on a reimagined Château Negroni or a refreshing Mistral Whisper, each drink brings a taste of Riviera luxury to the table.
