Thursday, November 20: Women Only Races

Women’s only 5km race with 20 obstacles like rope climbs, sandbag slams, monkey bars, and loads of grit
Closed 5km women’s only race (no media coverage)

Friday, November 21: mixed sprint race of 5km with 20 obstacles (men and women compete together)

Saturday, November 22:

Beast 21K Championship: 21km with 30 obstacles for Elite, age groups, and open racers
Kids’ races: 1-3km

Sunday, November 23:

Elite Teams World Championship: teams of 3 (2 men, 1 woman)
Super 10km Open
Sprint 5km Open

Want to compete? You can still sign up! There’s a race for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced racer.

If you’re not into challenging sports, don’t worry – there will be a fan zone for spectators, so you can enjoy the action while sampling some tasty food and watching.
