Shah Rukh Khan’s fans in Dubai have something new to celebrate. The Bollywood icon, known for his long-standing connection to the city, will soon have a commercial tower named in his honour. Revealed just this weekend: Shahrukhz by Danube, a 55-storey tower coming to Sheikh Zayed Road.
Shahrukhz will feature office spaces with a helipad on the 56th floor. Located just 5 minutes from Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Internet City Metro Station and only 8 minutes from Mall of the Emirates, it’s right in the middle of the action. The tower is set to be completed by June 2029.
This is the latest collaboration between Khan and Danube Properties, a partnership built on a shared vision of excellence. For the actor, this project is a symbol of his lasting impact on Dubai, a city that’s embraced him as one of its own.
