flydubai Launches New Route to Europe: Direct Flights to Vilnius Starting December

flydubai is making travel between the UAE and Lithuania easier than ever. Starting December 11, the airline will offer year-round direct flights from Dubai to Vilnius (VNO), becoming the first Gulf carrier to serve this route. Flights will be available two or three times a week, depending on the season.

If you’ve been planning your European getaway, you can now travel on Tuesdays, Thursdays (with an additional flight), and Saturdays, with a comfortable 6h50-minute journey between the two cities.

And speaking of convenience, flydubai is also working on offering free Starlink Wi-Fi on all flights by 2027. Who knows, you might be flying to Vilnius with quick internet soon!

Vilnius is a charming city that has plenty to offer. If coming for the first time, roam its cozy streets and explore the Basilian Monastery and Cathedral Square. For a glimpse into Lithuania’s past, take a short trip to Trakai Castle, a stunning medieval fortress surrounded by lakes.
