Eid Al Fitr 2026 brings a small but helpful benefit for those in Dubai. From March 19 to 21, all standard public parking spaces in the city will be free of charge, as confirmed by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). With the long weekend ahead, the update makes it easier to enjoy your time in the city without thinking about parking costs.
Please note, multi-storey parking garages will charge as usual during this period.
The public transport schedule in Dubai will also be adjusted during Eid: you may already check out the extended hours for the Metro and buses.
Also, several city attractions are offering special deals and free tickets. Additionally, UAE residents can enjoy free entry to the Dubai Miracle Garden until the end of March: good to know if you’re thinking of heading out during the long weekend!
