If a Michelin restaurant has been on your list but you didn’t feel like committing to a full fine dining experience, MANĀO has introduced something more easygoing. Their Chef’s Tasting Menu is now available and includes an eight-course experience priced at AED 350/person.
This special Thai dinner features wagyu, lobster, scallops, and slow-cooked meats, paired with Thai-inspired flavours, light fermentation, and a touch of fire running through the courses. The menu moves through a mix of textures and flavours, each course bringing something slightly different.
If you feel like extending the experience, there are a few add-ons to consider, including curry puff with beef, crab shoulder, stir-fried oyster blade with holy basil, and mango sticky rice.
MANĀO has built its identity around a chef-led approach, shaped by Chef Abhiraj Khatwani and Chef Mohamad Orfali. The restaurant has earned a Michelin star just five months after opening and also listed in MENA’s Top 50 Restaurants for 2026 (as No.9).
If you’re in the mood for something flavour-forward and backed by Michelin, this Chef’s Tasting Menu at MANĀO is worth your attention. And if you’re looking for another great offer from a homegrown restaurant, check out this six-course tasting menu at Jun’s.
