Abu Dhabi is set to host the UAE Tour Women this weekend, leading to temporary road closures across the city. Authorities have announced rolling closures from Friday, February 7, to Sunday, February 9, to ensure a smooth race for participants.

The final stage of the cycling race will take place in Abu Dhabi city on Sunday, February 9, with road closures from 1 PM to 5 PM. Check the map below to see the route of the race.

When and Where Will Roads Be Closed?

Friday, February 7

The second stage, called “Year of Community,” covers 111 km. Roads in Madinat Zayed-Al Dhafra Region will see rolling closures from 1:25 PM to 4 PM. You can see the map here.

Saturday, February 8

The third stage, “Aldar,” stretching 152 km takes place in Al Ain. Road closures are expected from 11:50 AM to 4:45 PM. Check the map with road closures in Al Ain here.

The final stage of the tour starts at Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Academy and takes cyclists through Abu Dhabi’s key landmarks, including Khalifa City, Yas Marina, Saadiyat Island, Al Maryah Island, Al Reem Island, and Qasr Al Hosn. The race ends with an exciting sprint finish at Abu Dhabi Breakwater.
