This November, Abu Dhabi is set to host a unique culinary experience that’s a first for food lovers worldwide — the MICHELIN Guide Café. As part of the highly anticipated MICHELIN Guide Food Festival, this café pop-up will run from November 22 to 24, creating a vibrant new addition to the UAE’s dining scene.

Attendees will indulge in a three-course pastry menu designed by two acclaimed pastry chefs, including Aurora Storari, a MICHELIN Passion Dessert Award winner from Italy, making her debut in the UAE. Joining her will be Alexandre Thabard, Executive Pastry Chef at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi. Together, they promise a unique tasting journey that explores the heights of contemporary pastry artistry, with 90-minute sessions priced at AED 250 per guest.

The MICHELIN Guide Café isn’t just catering to adults; it’s set to captivate young chefs-in-the-making as well. For AED 135, kids can join interactive masterclasses where they’ll make fresh berry pavlovas and learn the basics of Italian pasta crafting. These hands-on sessions provide an unforgettable introduction to culinary creativity.

Beyond the café, the MICHELIN Guide Food Festival will feature an impressive lineup of talent, bringing 20 celebrated chefs from MICHELIN-starred and recommended restaurants. Participating restaurants include 99 Sushi Bar, Hakkasan, and Talea by Antonio Guida, offering a range of dishes that represent some of the finest in global cuisine.

For an exclusive evening event, the festival will also host the MICHELIN Stars Table at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, featuring themed dining experiences that embrace the elements of earth, desert, sea, and sky. Curated menus will ensure that each theme offers a unique and memorable dining atmosphere for guests.

To secure a spot at the MICHELIN Guide Café or any of the festival’s limited-seat events, early reservations are recommended. This exclusive pop-up and culinary showcase is a must-visit for food enthusiasts eager to experience the magic of MICHELIN-level dining in Abu Dhabi.
