Al Ain’s indoor fitness season is back. The second edition of Al Ain Summer Sports (AASS) officially opened this weekend at ADNEC Centre Al Ain, bringing a packed programme of sports, tournaments, and training under one air-conditioned roof.

Running daily until August 18, AASS is organised by ADNEC Group and the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, offering a cool and convenient way to stay active through the summer months.

The indoor venue features 15 sports courts and fitness zones designed for both individual and team sports. Whether you’re into football, basketball, padel, badminton, tennis, or even action cricket, there’s something here to jump into. The facility is open from 6 AM to 1 AM and welcomes participants of all ages.

Alongside the courts, AASS offers specialised training programmes and professional workshops led by certified coaches. These sessions are built to help improve skills, boost fitness, and support personal development.

On top of the sports action, the venue has round-the-clock parking, healthy food and beverage trucks, and special group packages for companies and teams. There are also community competitions and tournaments throughout the season, making it a great option for both casual players and more competitive teams.

If you’re based in the capital, there’s a similar event to explore. Abu Dhabi Summer Sports 2025 is currently running at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi and continues until August 21. The event features 52 indoor courts and dedicated zones tailored to different sports and age groups — making it a great alternative for staying active during the hotter months.
