If you park in Dubai’s Zone F areas, take note — paid parking rates and hours have changed. Parkin PJSC, the city’s largest parking operator, has introduced new fees starting February 1. In addition, paid parking hours have been expanded, and drivers now have to pay for parking from 8 AM to 10 PM, instead of the previous 8 AM to 6 PM.

Dubai has 11 parking zones labeled A to K, divided into three categories: commercial areas, non-commercial areas, and special zones. The changes in Zone F apply to parking spaces in Al Sufouh 2, The Knowledge Village, Dubai Media City, and Dubai Internet City.

New Parking Fees in Dubai Zone F from February 1:

  • 30 minutes – AED 2

  • 4 hours – AED 16
  • 5 hours – AED 20
